Black Prince Outlier
Kananaskis, Alberta
March 1, 2003

The outlier west of Mount Black Prince looked like a fine little ridge to snowshoe. Starting from Mount Black Prince Day Use Area, we crossed Warspite Creek and followed the south ridge to the summit. Unfortunately trees obscured much of the views along its crest. After summiting, we followed the gully west of the ridge and paid a visit to Warspite Lake before returning to our car.

Distance: 8.9 km
Cumulative Elevation Gain: 500 m
